The property business is constantly evolving.  In our eyes, the antiquated Monday to Friday 9 til 5 approach to the housing market has no place in the modern world.  We are available from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week, for viewings, enquiries or just to offer assistance to our clients.  Our sales clients know that we are always available to take enquiries from potential buyers and to conduct accompanied  viewings at times suitable, not for us, but for the buyers.  Our tenants have the peace of mind knowing that 24 hour assistance is only a phone call away.  Our landlords benefit from the knowledge that we are working 7 days a week to protect there investments.  To other agents this might seem unusual, for us it's just a normal part of the comprehensive service we provide.
